Oolong is a partially oxidized tea in-between black and green tea known for its unique shape & bold aroma. Oolong teas go through some of the most complex processing of any tea type, which has been developed over many centuries. This is why they often contain some of the most complex flavors of any tea type, generally tasting full-bodied, toasty, and/or slightly sweet.
